Abstract:
Abstract Knowledge Intensive Business Services (KIBS) are more and more important for the national economy and have become an important part of national innovation system. This change is called knowledge economy era, postindustrial era or service economy era. It is important nodes and media of innovation systems, and characters as knowledge intensive inputs and outputs. KIBS are also the most potential growing part in service industry. Software industry is not only a main innovating component of KIBS but also a main innovative source of traditional service industry and manufacture.
