Abstract: Abstract In October 2011 we received two review reports, which contained lots of useful comments and suggestions. The editor wanted us to revise our paper based on the reviews and provide detailed responses to all comments. The reviews are provided electronically, hence it was easy for us to copy-paste the comments and intersperse our responses between the comments. We did all this before revising our paper. In fact, we used our responses as a plan for the revision.
