Abstract: Abstract Chapter 1 indicated the study’s research objectives; the current chapter explains how our data were collected, and discusses the quantitative research methods which we applied. This is followed by a detailed explanation of the procedures we applied, and lastly questions regarding the reliability and validity of such methods are discussed.
