A chapter in Proceedings of the Ninth International Congress on Mathematical Education, 2004, pp 248-252 from Springer

Abstract: Conclusion This WGA, Adult and Life-long Education in Mathematics, was broadly situated to encompass political, cultural, social, epistemological, pedagogical/andragogical discourses. Our thanks goes to all who participated in this group, particularly to those who made presentations, and especially to Akihiko Takahashi and the ever-helpful technical assistants in Tokyo who ensured its smooth functioning.
