Chapter Chapter 9 in Firing at Will, 2011, pp 107-117 from Springer

Abstract: Abstract In case you haven’t noticed, this book is about firing employees. (And if you haven’t noticed, one of us isn’t doing our job very well. Probably me.) But you could call this the “opposite” chapter, because it’s all about not firing employees. Turns out, not firing employees the wrong way can cause just as many problems as firing employees the wrong way.
