Abstract: Abstract System intelligence competencies are interrelated and mutually interactive. In this interaction, positive spiral, the management supports the leadership and the culture. The leadership builds the team culture and promote on the personal working know-how. Shared cultural values contribute good cooperation within the team that speeds up the skills improvement and positively affects to the processes. Good personal know-how helps to describe processes and provide helpful initiatives for the management. From effective processes, the management receives high quality information for decision making, and the clear processes help leadership.
