Chapter 26 in The Palgrave Handbook of Learning and Teaching International Business and Management, 2019, pp 541-563 from Springer

Abstract: Abstract This chapter explores the impact of teamwork through the performance of undergraduate students in an online international business simulation. The authors draw on quantitative and qualitative data gathered during several iterations of integrative courses at two universities, focusing on factors such as team formation and team dynamics. Insights into experiential learning will be useful to other faculty considering the use of simulations.
