Chapter 23 in The Strategy Planning Process, 2022, pp 219-221 from Springer

Abstract: Abstract Concrete strategic objectives for the business are the most important element of a business strategy. Their definition is the topic of Chap. 23 . It complements Chap. 13 on strategic objectives on the corporate level. The best-assessed business strategy option which was identified in Chap. 22 is made concrete by defining measurable strategic objectives. In Sect. 23.2, the main categories of strategic objective are briefly recapitulated. In Sect. 23.3, a step-by-step process for defining the strategic objectives for the business is recommended.
