Chapter Chapter 8 in The Evolution of Made in Italy, 2023, pp 73-85 from Springer

Abstract: Abstract The story of the birth of the Ca′ del Bosco winery is the story of the passion of a teenager for his land, inextricably linked to that for wine. Two strong passions united in the figure of Maurizio Zanella, founder and chairman of Ca′ del Bosco, who decided to transform the small family house in the countryside into a real winery, on the model of what he had seen during a trip to Champagne. At the end of the 1960s Maurizio Zanella understood and followed his vocation by making Ca′ del Bosco a protagonist of the Italian wine renaissance and transforming his dream into one of the most modern and avant-garde wineries.
