Chapter Chapter 4 in Nonprofit Digital Transformation Demystified, 2024, pp 69-79 from Springer
Abstract:
Abstract In this chapter, we delve into a detailed comparison between the digitalization approaches of NPOs and for-profit organizations to underscore the unique challenges and opportunities that manifest within nonprofits. A substantial gap exists in deploying digitalization in nonprofits for planned success, much like what we observe in the for-profit sector. This discrepancy primarily stems from the inherent variances in these two distinctly different sectors’ Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
