Abstract: Abstract Tourism is one of the many fields where creativity has been used, and it has been used from the past to the present in a variety of fields in an attempt to create innovative ways. Creativity and creative thinking have been incorporated into the marketing of the tourism business, especially for increasing market competitiveness and reaching customers (Sofronov, 2019). Technology development has increased the prominence of creative marketing techniques, and the emergence of the digital era has also resulted in adjustments to these strategies. Companies are employing novel digital marketing strategies and tools, particularly in the connection between social media and Internet-based applications, to reach new target markets and improve their market share (Mkwizu, 2019).
