Business managementBusiness management in the context of digital transformationDigital transformation faces huge challenges, where the current paradigms, solutions and theoretical foundations of decision-making are undergoing significant changes. Technology is essentially part of every step of business operations. Each process, operation or transmission of information is based on the assumptions of technological changes in terms of the manner of execution and reception of the processesProcesses carried out. Therefore, management without technological support is futile and fits into the old paradigms, which are already largely outdated.
