Abstract The aim of this chapter is to present the core principles of adaptation to climate change against the background of the organizational revolutionRevolution of companies, cities and regions. AdaptationAdaptation to climate change is a broad process of adapting natural, social and economic systems to the current or anticipated impacts of climate change, with the aim of limiting harm and harnessingHarnessing potential benefits. The scope of the chapter covers the issues of strategic management of climate knowledge and the principles of climate engineeringEngineering in shaping new organizational solutions. It also covers areas of disinformation and destabilizationDestabilization in the area of climate science, including against the background of crises of a proper understanding of global warmingGlobal warming and other climate factors. The subject of the chapter is to explain the mechanisms of climate adaptation in the area of knowledge management, climate engineering, strategic management of regions and cities and disinformation and climate destabilization.
