Abstract: Abstract In developing countries, higher education, and particularly university education is recognised as a key force for modernisation and development. This has caused an increase in the demand for its access, accompanied by a number of challenges. This chapter explains the concept mapping methodology to improve university education with the inherent advantage of the combination of qualitative and quantitative techniques, used to get the assessments of quality in higher education, the challenges faced by learners, as well as suggestions for improvement.
