A chapter in Computational Mechanics, 2007, pp 298-298 from Springer

Abstract: Abstract RFPA-Centrifuge is a Finite Element Method analyse system which is founded on fundamental principle of centrifuge model test and edited by our research center. Author used this system to simulate the centrifuge model tests about a tunnel. The numerical simulation results are greatly similar to the experimental test results. At the same time , obtained the failure process and many datas which were difficult to obtain by experimental tests. Compared with many other numerical simulation methods, a strongpoint of this system is that its’ results can be checked each other with experimental results. Then, founded some numerical models to test the failure of tunnel face with different reinforcement by bolting. The effect of the bolting was confirmed by this system.
