Abstract In what way can a focus on continuous improvements (CI) affect the transformation of a culture? The Pfizer facility in Strängnäs, Sweden, has been producing large molecule biotech products since the mid 1980s. Today, the plant is a flexible multi-product facility with state-of-the-art platform technology.
