Abstract: Zusammenfassung Der Lieferantenlenkungskreis (LLK) ist ein abteilungsübergreifendes Gremium auf Leitungsebene, in dem sich regelmäßig alle betroffenen Fachbereiche, wie Qualität, Einkauf, Entwicklung, Produktion oder Logistik treffen. Die Leitung und Moderation des LLK übernimmt das Lieferantenmanagement. Auf Grundlage standardisierter Kennzahlen und anderer Werkzeuge werden präventive und reaktive Maßnahmen zur Performanceverbesserung von Lieferanten oder Lieferketten getroffen.
