Abstract:
Abstract This chapter addresses the planning of the implementation of AI projects in the sales organization. It provides a structured roadmap for the successful introduction of Artificial Intelligence, with the management of these projects being of central importance. Initially, an overview of the project process and schedule is given, followed by an inventory of possible AI projects within the organization. The prioritization of these projects is highlighted as well as the technical overview of the available solutions on the market. Subsequently, the selection of the appropriate technical solution is discussed. This is followed by the planning of responsibilities within the team, followed by continuous stakeholder updates and transparent communication. The formation of an advisory board consisting of experts is recommended to strategically accompany the projects. Finally, the chapter provides an outlook on the successful project completion and the transfer of insights into practice.
