Abstract: Abstract This chapter examines the use of Artificial Intelligence in proposal creation and negotiation. AI can bring about significant efficiency gains and optimizations in these crucial phases of the sales process. Initially, the AI-based negotiation and price optimization are highlighted, followed by the automated review of legal contracts. Furthermore, the use of AI for creating proposals and tenders is discussed, as well as the contract signing process supported by AI. Finally, useful prompting tips for using ChatGPT and similar tools are presented to make these processes efficient.
