A chapter in Kommunikation als Strategie, 2025, pp 3-28 from Springer

Abstract: Zusammenfassung Over the past decade, the professional field of strategic communication and public relations (PR) has witnessed significant international growth. The practice of strategic communication varies substantially across different regions due to diverse political, media, and socio-cultural contexts worldwide. For example, Asian professionals apply different norms and practices in fostering relationships with stakeholders than their colleagues from the US or Europe, influenced by the ancient philosophy of Confucius.
