Abstract: Zusammenfassung Viele Begriffe sind in Organisationen unklar oder werden unterschiedlich verstanden, ob Strategie, Führung, Verantwortung, Agilität, New Work, Transformation. Der Deutungsanspruch durch Manager oder Berater wäre kontraproduktiv, eine gemeinsame Klärung hingegen ein guter, wertschätzender Schritt im Change-Prozess.
