Abstract: Zusammenfassung Change-Projekte leben eher vom kommunikativen als vom fachlichen Prozess. Fachlich kann sich auf dem Weg vieles ändern. Ehrliche Kommunikation hingegen kann Sicherheit im Change geben, vielleicht die einzige.
