Chapter Chapter 4 in Arts and Cultural Sponsorship, 2026, pp 93-112 from Springer
Abstract:
Abstract The planning and implementation of arts and cultural sponsorship projects is based on a management process that begins with an analysis of the initial situation and ends with the evaluation of the activities carried out. For the practical planning of this process, the use of a Business Model Canvas is helpful, as it thematically consolidates the key areas of a cultural sponsorship concept and supports decision-making with guiding questions. This chapter first provides an overview of the individual phases in the arts and cultural sponsorship management process. Subsequently, the arts and cultural sponsorship canvas is explained along with its fields of action, and guiding questions are defined for each field.
