Chapter Chapter 5 in Managing Multiple Organizational Goals in Turbulent Environments, 2022, pp 95-118 from Springer

Abstract: Abstract The empirical evidence of this book consists of two interconnected phases. Phase 1 included interviews with top executives in Australia, Israel, and China in 2013 and 2014 (except as noted). Phase 2 gained data from a multi-country survey of top executives from 555 organizations in 2015 and a follow-up survey of these organizations in 2016. The interviews in Phase 1 predominantly helped to confirm the research questions and develop the survey items.
