A chapter in Artificial Neural Networks and Structural Equation Modeling, 2022, pp 149-161 from Springer
Abstract:
Abstract As we live in the age of the technology revolution as well as COVID-19, the trends toward mobile adoption in commerce increased. Many practitioners and academics consider mobile adoption in commerce as a key vital concept for improving the commerce sector. However, there are many doubts about the adoption of mobile commerce by customers because of the lack of trust in this modern type of trade. Describing the role of the new trend in commerce will assist many researchers to identify the gaps and challenges in the use of such technology. Therefore, this chapter describes the determines and benefits of using mobile commerce based on the structural equation modeling (SEM) and artificial neural network (ANN) approach.
