Chapter 14 in Digital Business and Electronic Commerce, 2024, pp 617-636 from Springer

Abstract: Abstract The fourteenth chapter discusses B2B business models in digital business. Building on this, the differences between B2B and B2C business models are examined. Using the 4S-Net Business Model, the most important B2B business models are classified into the four model types Sourcing, Sales, Supportive Collaboration, and Service Broker. Finally, the respective business model types are explained and their characteristics are presented.
