Abstract:
Abstract The sixteenth chapter deals with digital transformation and digital organization. The digital transformation is illustrated with the help of the digital transformation pyramid and explained using the Five-Component Model of Digital Transformation. In addition, new leadership concepts are explained in the context of digital leadership and differences to traditional leadership are outlined. The development stages of digital organizations and their technological and organizational characteristics are highlighted. Chapter 16 concludes with a description of the characteristics of digital teams, their development stages, and agile methods.
