Abstract:
Abstract This chapter introduces the risk assessment process and its main elements, based on the ISO 31000 risk management process [2]. In addition to a brief discussion of each of the main elements of the process, there is a discussion of the critical aspects of ethics in risk assessment, based on experience from a recent case in Norway.
