Abstract: Abstract Network reliability has been applied to many real-world applications. The popular areas are traffic planning, computer network planning, power transmission planning, etc. However, in the social applications, there are still very limited cases reported. This chapter is planned to introduce the new attempt of applying network reliability in the assessment of business activities. Such attempt is a step toward precision management in business administration. Based on the capability of conducting precision management, a great deal of improvements in business practices can be taken place. Precision performance evaluation for individuals or groups are presented, and a case study is illustrated to show the approach proposed in this chapter.
