Chapter Chapter 2 in Importance-Informed Reliability Engineering, 2024, pp 19-62 from Springer
Abstract:
Abstract This chapter investigates the gradient calculation and geometric significance of important measures and proposes a new multi-criteria importance measure. This chapter studies component reliability importance measures with respect to the changes of the sequence of components in a system. It also studies joint importance measures for reliability design and for system reconfiguration, respectively.
