Chapter Chapter 6 in Jet Fire Due to Gas Leakage, 2024, pp 111-124 from Springer
Abstract:
Abstract In this chapter, the theoretical framework from Chap 5, is used to quantify the jet fire consequences in two accidental cases involving natural gas transmission pipelines. The leakage process, jet flame, radiant heat, and the consequences of various targets are quantitatively analyzed in detail. The calculated consequences of damage are well compared with those observed in the accidents.
