Impact of Innovative Work Behavior, Person Organization Fit and Climate for Inclusion on Employee’s Performance of IT Sector

Abstract: Purpose: The study's objectives were to inspect how Innovative Work Behavior influenced the development of Employee Performance and enhance the productivity of employees working in an organization.Design/Methodology/Approach: In Bahawalpur, a quantitative study was conducted to solve this problem. The core data for the research was gathered by a questionnaire from a sample group of around two hundred (200) persons, covering software houses employees and IT sector workers. The proposed framework under this study extracts the empirical stats using SPSS like demographics, reliability, descriptive statistics and correlation. Confirmatory Factor Analysis assessed the accuracy and effectiveness of the model and SEM-Structured Equation Model technique applied to the suggested model using SmartPLS 4.Findings: The findings revealed a significant positive association among factors of Innovative Work Behavior and person Organization Fit. At the end of this study, limits and future implications are discussed.Implications/Originality/Value: IT sector are advised to recruit based on value, make innovation a performance metric, and proactively build a culture of psychological safety and inclusion to improve developer productivity and retention.
