Competition policy in the global era

Luis Cabral

New Zealand Economic Papers, 2017, vol. 51, issue 2, 100-108

My analysis is divided into three different areas: price fixing, mergers and abuse of dominant position. I also consider the importance of China as an emergent player in the global competition policy arena.
