Abstract: This paper proposes a data-driven state feedback control method for linear discrete-time systems with time-varying delays. First, the data collection experiment of the closed-loop system with arbitrary control input is made, and the condition to guarantee that the collected data is informative enough for controller design is established. Then, the direct data-based representation of the dynamics of the closed loop system is obtained, based on which the data-driven controller synthesis results to guarantee the asymptotic stability of the resulting closed loop systems are obtained in the form of linear matrix equations. Simulation studies are given to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed method.
