Abstract: Regionalization and decentralization processes are absolutely necessary to streamline the Romanian public administration, both through better capacity of the absorption of the European funds and by reducing bureaucracy, a better representation of regional and local interests in line with the development of territorial and economic question. This article attempts to answer the question: It takes a comprehensive and simultaneous decentralization and regionalization of Romania?
