The concept of personality and its importance in criminological research

Abstract: The greatest difficulty in reconstructing system determinants of criminal behavior lies in highlighting the case. System because the core determinants of criminal conduct, whose knowledge is conditional upon ordering makers around the case. The problem is that there is a plurality of conditions absolutely necessary, that without which no effect occurs. It is difficult because these conditions are always present when acting cause, so the researcher must discern between a set of factors behaviour effect is always present criminal. The issue of human personality multidisciplinary know today addressed a special interest in theoretical and applied research in many scientific and practical fields, including the personality of the offender. A vast literature convincingly reveals the efforts made in this area to understand how profound and comprehensive anti-social behavior to the offender. The types of criminals can be classified according to several criteria, such as the importance of the subject lies in the need to justify the offenders.
