Abstract:
Criminology is a multidisciplinary field of research that studies crime, involving multiple disciplines such as psychology, sociology, and not least criminal law. At first criminological research was initiated by anthropologists, they preferred the study of offender. At first, the victim was given little attention by the legislature, analysis and knowledge of the place and the role it plays in both criminal activity and in the judicial contribute on the one hand, the development of recommendations for preventive conduct and self-protection against the danger of victimization and, on the other hand, in a faster and more accurate law enforcement in case of offenses. Victimology has a firm and precise delimitation operating in the relationship between a form of aggression and effect of consequences, confirmed the existence of a victim and her victimization.
