Abstract: At the conceptual level, we all need to treat the problem threat mob, not only as a fact for the public order and peace, but as a real matter of national security and a threat to the operation of legitimate state, transcending the criminal activities of law common. Pursuant to organized crime carried out in Europe, the most important points are the murderous Italy and Russia. Organised crime has grown and expanded worrying and globalization it required Member and government organizations adopt new methods and legal instruments, crossborder, in order to be able to transmit information and be easy communication between states.
