Abstract: Social and deviant crime is a scourge of modern society as it is developing extremely rapidly. Crime has reached alarming levels due to advanced technologies and methods of prevention must be constantly improved and adapted to its level. It is believed that both deviance and crime make their presence felt in a negative way in most modern societies. Instead, a good legal regulation on these issues could rein in perpetuating antisocial continuous phenomena, namely the stagnation of certain categories of criminal events.
