Abstract:
The phenomenon of serial killers raises several equally psychological related to the personality of the serial killer as a whole, as well as social and legal, and in order to combat and prevent serial murders, the company is forced through specialists to find viable solutions to all this. Put first the motivation of a crime: how a seemingly normal man to commit heinous crimes? Secondly, the problem of prevention and recovery of this type of criminal. Is it possible rehabilitation and social reintegration of such individuals or he will continue to show the same kind of deviant behavior, and is therefore unrecoverable? There is or could be serial killers who can head? In other words, serial killers have any control over their desires?
