Abstract:
Negotiation is a discussion between two or more partners who are trying through this communication process to resolve conflicts of interest between them. It is an interpersonal or intergroup communication that occurs because a decision affecting other parts or the need for resolution of a dispute. It is a difficult process that requires the acquisition of well-defined tactics and communication skills.
