Abstract:
The fundamental principle of the institution of mediation is to resolve cases of conflict between two or more parties, which in turn could generate other judicial conflicts. In this context, mediation plays important role both in the run-up of justice, in that it can prevent some dispute to reach the court and as an alternative to faster resolution of cases, the required overall effort to reduce human and financial resources of the company.
