Abstract: Alternative methods of dispute resolution gives individuals a greater opportunity to resolve conflicts, these methods have emerged from ancient times, both in practice and in theory talks about alternative methods of conflict resolution. Alternative methods which we have characterized the work time are: mediation; negotiation; conciliation and arbitration.
