Mediation in Moldova

Abstract: Mediation is generally defined as intervention in a negotiation or conflict of a third party neutral, impartial and without discretion (the mediator) who assists the parties involved and help them reach a voluntary basis an agreement mutually agreed, to conclude conflict. In literature another definition, mediation is an assisted negotiation. Christopher W. Moore sees mediation as a dialogue or negotiation with any third party involvement, saying that there is no negotiation mediation.
