Abstract:
This type of mediation is either for the formation of a group consisting of a small number of students prepared to provide different services to others of the same age with them, either older students who mediates younger students throughout conduct school classes. Sometimes mediation in education refers to a team of students from all groups annually. Therefore, all students normally have the opportunity to develop the skills of conflict resolution, thereby grassroots level in the process of mediation, before becoming genuine mediators. In preparation can be included all those who provide support for the development of mediation in education, supervisors, mentors students and assistants.
