Abstract:
The main problems and peculiarities of modern socio-economic development of Russia regions are analyzed. The structure of state’s, region's, company’s development strategic aims concordance is given. The strategies of structural reforms of regions’ economy and main orientation of regional economic policy are examined. Taking into consideration the conditions of Orlovskaya area, the analysis of regions’ economy modern condition, orientation of its structural reforms, approaches to carrying out the structural policy is conducted.
