Conceptual bases of methodological aspects of research of problem ecologically secure economic growth of region

Abstract: In clause the essence of methodology as bases of scientific research is considered. In a complex on the basis of modern theoretical paradigms from the methodological point of view scientific problems are investigated: economic growth; interactions in slozhnoorganizovannoj to system "nature-society-person"; steady development, including with reference to a microeconomic level. The technique of an estimation of ekologo-economic stability of territory on the basis of application of the integrated parameters describing, on the one hand, ecological stability of territory (described by parameters of density of accommodation of bioproduction and an index of stability ecosystem), on the other hand – economic stability (defined on the basis of parameters of density of consumption of power resources and excess of maximum permissible anthropogenesis loading) is resulted. The executed estimation of ekologo-economic stability of administrative areas of the Kurgan area, based on the technique stated above, has allowed to lead ranging of administrative areas of Kurgan area on a level of ekologo-economic stability and to make their typological grouping on the given parameter.
