Abstract: In article considered organizational-technical aspects of formation innovative strategy of rise mining mechanical engineering in Urals. Creation of the Ural mining scientifically-technological park "IntelNedra" uniting scientific and innovative potential of mechanical engineering of Sverdlovsk area, will start the mechanism of maintenance of a megaproject "Urals industrial – Urals Polar" the competitive equipment.
