Regional industrial policy in global economy

Abstract: The necessity of creation and realization of regional industrial policy is proven. The tendencies of scientific-technical and technological development in the conditions of globalizations are revealed; world and Russian experience of conducting industrial policy is considered. It is shown that in the conditions of globalization the essence of industrial regional policy is changed: its aim installations forms, methods and mechanisms, resource and institutional opportunities of realization. The essence of this changes is shown.
