Abstract: In the article strategy of the development agro-and-food productive complex, conceptual di-rections for activation of innovation activity in agro-industrial production, development of model for management of innovation activity in regional AIC are stated by an example of the Republic of Komi, in many ways it is typical for the other regions of the European North of the country.
